Coaching is a powerful tool designed to empower individuals and help them achieve their goals.
It is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client.
During our coaching sessions, I will be by your side as a dedicated thought partner. Together, we will actively explore your goals, ambitions, and potential barriers.
I will listen to you, ask questions, and help identify your challenges, inspiring you to reach your end goal.
We will focus on enhancing your self-awareness and understanding your strengths, using them to overcome the barriers you identify. You will be encouraged to make informed decisions and take responsibility for them, committing to actionable steps.
Mentoring
Mentoring is supporting the learning and development and ultimate success of another person.
It is most effective when focussed clearly on the goals, needs and challenges of the mentee.
My experience at all levels of management alongside the learning and development involvement I’ve had throughout my career equips me to be able to support managers with their leadership journey.
As a mentor, I am motivated to develop people and encourage them to take their own actions.
As your mentor I will seek to understand your needs and goals before offering my own input.
I will encourage you to think for yourself.
Training
I have an extensive background in training delivery and facilitation of development courses within the private and public sector.
I can support you with 1-1 development in a variety of topics including leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, people development, communication and customer service.
I can also work with you to deliver training or engagement events within your department, team or community group that suit your needs.

In Coaching, you will work with your coach to look forward and set goals for future change, we may look back in order to understand parts of you but this will be used to challenge beliefs and overcome barriers. Therapy is working in the past on a deeper level, this can often be a more open-ended experience.
