Hello, I’m Yvonne Devereux, a leadership and personal development coach and founder of YLD (Yvonne’s Leadership Development). With 20 years of experience in leadership training and mentoring across various levels, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My expertise lies in empowering female leaders, drawing from my extensive background in fashion retail. Currently, I work with the fire service to support female development and foster male allyship.
At YLD, my mission is to “be the change you wish to see, your passion is your power.” This philosophy drives everything I do, inspiring individuals to harness their passion and transform it into powerful leadership.
I specialise in supporting individuals with self-development as well as aspiring and existing leaders through personalised coaching sessions. My focus is on self-leadership and personal development to reach your full potential. I believe you can’t effectively lead others until you can lead yourself.

I am a certified coach with the ICF, having trained with Optimus Coach Academy. I am also a member of the Chartered Management Institute, as a Chartered Manager.
